1. When radiators are extensively covered during interior renovations, heat cannot be properly dissipated. The design load of an indoor heating system is calculated based on the heat dissipation of exposed radiators. If radiators are heavily covered by interior finishes, their heat dissipation will be impaired, which in turn affects indoor temperatures. Therefore, during home renovations, heating elements should be left exposed as much as possible.  

2. In older buildings, poor thermal insulation leads to excessive heat loss, resulting in radiators that feel warm but fail to maintain the required indoor temperature. To resolve this issue, building insulation must be improved.

3. For residents in units with low occupancy rates, as well as those in cold corners, top-floor units, and cantilevered units, high heat dissipation and significant heat loss are also major factors contributing to the situation where heating systems feel warm but indoor temperatures fall short of the standard.
