Product details

The working principle of electric actuator  mainly involves the conversion of electrical energy into thermal energy, which in turn enables the control of fluids. This kind of device consists of several key parts, including electric actuators, electrothermal elements, sealing components  and temperature measuring elements . The electric actuator, as the core of the electrothermal actuator, usually adopts a stepping motor  or a servo motor  as the driving part, and converts the electric signal into linear motion through gears , connecting rods  and other mechanisms, so as to control the opening and closing of the valve. The working process of electrothermal actuator can be summarized as follows: after the power is turned on, the electrothermal element heats up, and at the same time with the role of the temperature package , when the temperature package is heated and expands, it will push the action of the actuating part, thus controlling the opening or closing of the valve. This process takes a few minutes to complete, because from the energized to the action, you need to first coil heat, and then the expansion of the temperature packet, in order to achieve the action!
