The function and principle of radiator valves

May 31, 2024

A manually regulated heating valve requires the valve to be turned manually to regulate the temperature and keep it within the set temperature range. It usually uses a chuck or spool to control the amount of water flow and adjust the temperature of the radiator. Although this type of heating valve is simple to operate, it requires a person to manually adjust it and lacks automation and accuracy.

Automatic adjustment of the heating valve, on the other hand, can be through the temperature sensor, control chip and electric actuator to automatically control the flow of water and the temperature of the radiator. The temperature sensor collects the indoor temperature, and the control chip and the actuator control the flow of water and the opening of the valve, so that the indoor temperature is consistent with the set temperature. This type of heating valve has the advantages of high automation, high accuracy and low energy consumption.

In conclusion, the heating valve is a temperature control valve used in the heating system to control the temperature of the heating area by adjusting the water flow, which is usually divided into two types: manual adjustment and automatic adjustment. According to different types of heating valves, they can meet the temperature control needs in different scenarios.
